We want you to love every purchase from Bundles and Snuggles. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 7days of delivery for an exchange or store credit (depending on your preference).
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Certain items such as personal care products, feeding accessories, or hygiene items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Mpesa or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your exchange right away (subject to stock availability).
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should contact us on 0112336272 or bundlesnsnuggles@gmail.com to provide correct physical address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trusted courier. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
